In the afternoon of 27th June, a sharing session on the theme of empowering enterprises to go overseas was jointly hosted by the Quality Special Committee and Asian Citizen Group and other companies, with nearly 50 import and export enterprises attending.
 
 
With the acceleration of global economic integration, more and more enterprises choose to expand to overseas markets, but the process is full of challenges and risks. The event specially invited industry veterans to share and exchange views on various levels, such as utilising international economic and trade rules, cross-border supply chain management, international cloud services and intellectual property layout and information management, to empower enterprises to go overseas.
 
 
Zhang Yunfeng, senior lecturer of Wisdom Bud, presided over the meeting, while Gao Rose, Executive Deputy Secretary General of the Association of Trade in Services of the FTZ Comprehensive Coordination Bureau, and You Danlei, President of the Quality Specialised Committee, ACCU Asia Flagship Group, delivered speeches for the meeting respectively.
 
 
Ren Yi, Executive Vice President of ACCU, delivered a speech on the topic of "Talking about the countermeasures of Chinese enterprises going abroad to cope with the challenges of supply chain restructuring". Mr Ren shared some cases of supply chain challenges of enterprises going abroad and proposed corresponding solutions.
 
He stressed the importance of supply chain visualisation management and information technology. By establishing a sound supply chain management system, enterprises are able to realise comprehensive control of the supply chain, improve logistics efficiency and accuracy, and reduce operating costs while ensuring quality and safety. Through effective supply chain management, enterprises can better cope with the challenges in overseas markets, improve competitiveness and achieve successful overseas expansion.
 
Yi Dong, Tax Partner of Ernst & Young (China) Enterprise Consulting Co., Ltd, explained in detail the origin management policies under the RCEP framework and provided some practical cases for illustration.
 
Zhang Yunfeng, Senior Lecturer, Key Account Manager, East China, Wisdom Sprout China, shared her topic on information management of IPR for enterprises going overseas. She emphasised the importance of establishing an information system for IPR risk warning and prevention, and using information tools and technology to establish a perfect IPR risk warning and prevention system.
 
Ms Zhu Haoxuan, Director of International Development of China Mobile International Co., Ltd. shared the Mobile International Cloud Convergence Solution, which helps Chinese enterprises to sail to the sea.
 
Wang Heyan, Partner of Suzhou Branch of Beijing Pinyuan Patent Agency Co., Ltd, gave a speech on "Trademark Overseas Layout Strategies", through which enterprises can gain a better foothold in the international market and achieve success in going overseas by means of reasonable trademark overseas layout strategies.
 
In the final question and answer session, Mr. Daniel You, President of ACCU Group, Mr. Ren Yi, Executive Vice President of ACCU Group, and Ms. Dong Yi, Tax Partner of Ernst & Young (China) Enterprise Consulting Co., Ltd. enthusiastically answered the questions of entrepreneurs on the spot, and held a lively discussion, jointly analysing and answering the key points that enterprises need to pay attention to when they go to sea under the current international situation.
 
The sharing session provided valuable experience and guidance for Chinese enterprises to go overseas. Participants were not only able to understand the challenges and opportunities in the process of going overseas, but also to obtain supply chain management solutions. Through exchanges and interactions with industry experts, entrepreneurs were able to better define their positioning in the international market and formulate strategies accordingly. This will lay a solid foundation for the international development of Chinese enterprises and enable them to better adapt to the globalised competitive environment.
