In May 2023, ACCU Yaqi Group's South China branch held the first quarter of regional meetings and outdoor expansion activities.

 

The event on that day was divided into five agenda items: 1. Corporate culture transmission 2. System training 3. Performance analysis from January to April 4. Discussion of performance plans 5. Team expansion

During the meeting, everyone learned the corporate culture of ACCU Yaqi Group, deeply understood the company's values, mission and vision, and further improved the team's cohesion and centripetal force force. In the system training agenda, team members mastered the company's new management systems and tools, laying a solid foundation for the next quarter's work.

In the agenda for performance analysis from January to April, General Manager Li of the South China region reviewed and analyzed the operating results of ACCU Yaqi Group in South China from January to April, and conducted in-depth discussions on the company's business scope, annual plan for the next 23 years, and team.

We conducted a detailed analysis and summary of the performance of the South China region, identified problems and shortcomings, and conducted in-depth discussions and developed solutions. In the performance plan discussion agenda, team members had a lively discussion and exchange on how to develop a more scientific and reasonable performance plan.

After the meeting, in order to enhance communication and cooperation among colleagues, enhance team cohesion, and practice the corporate culture and indomitable spirit of Yaqi Group, the South China team came to Qiniangshan, Shenzhen to hold an outdoor expansion activity

 

Not afraid of floating clouds blocking our eyes, we only rely on being at the highest level. Although there was a slight rain in the sky, everyone supported each other, encouraged each other, and overcame difficulties together, demonstrating the spirit of teamwork. This spirit also deepened everyone's understanding of the company's culture.
